Video DVD production masters
The supplied DVD content of a production master will be transferred on a 1:1 basis unless other instructions are specifically given by the customer.
The inspection upon receipt of DVD images includes the following wo
- Comparison of customer data and delivered master image to see if they match
- Technical inspection for flawless readability and correct DDP format
- (Optional) checking of conformance to specifications in the DVD Book (Interra Surveyor, Philips DVD verifier)
With DVD9 and DVD10, a separate production master is needed for each DVD layer.
Video DVD production masters:
DLT in DDP2.0 or DDP2.1 image format; DVD-ROM with DDP image file; video DVD without copy protection; DDP image via online transfer.
