I hold an Administration Degree of Hidalgo University with Dipl. H.R. of Technologic University, and Dipl. Managing in Business.

Describe your career history. What have been your professional experiences prior to your current position?

Before joining arvato I worked as Assistant of training and developing of Personnel and Chief of salaries and compensations in a National Financial Institution, I started at Arvato digital services in 1998 as Chief of salaries and I am HR Manager since 2000.

What are your current roles and responsibilities?

As HR Manager, I am responsible of the administration of Human resources in recruiting, training, salaries, benefits and safety of the employees of the company and security of our facilities.

What attracted you to your company and position? What is your favorite thing about your job?

My favorite thing about my job is the contact with the people, the cooperation and the values and I was attracted because the company was the challenge for me.

What has been your most memorable moment (so far) in your job?

When the Director invited myself to take part in the Human Resources management.

Honesty, loyalty, positive attitude.
